Phase 1

Phase 2
Budgeting
Our production manager will come up with a budget estimate that reflects the needs of the production and what we feel comfortable with to do a great job. Between phase 1 and 2 we will be in continuous contact and work together in all the details available.
Phase 3
Preproduction Phase
We often include creative development and research, casting, location scouting and planning.
In this phase we stay close, set up our PPM's and report our progress.
We gather the best crew /gear possible for your project according to your style, budget and availability.
Phase 4
Production Phase
Our call sheets will ensure everyone in the team dances in the same music.
Our experienced producers and crew will make sure everything works like clockwork and all the problem solve on the go.
At the end of the day, we make sure the DIT has secured the media.
Phase 5
Wrap
Our production manager will provide you with an activity summary reflected in our reconciliation invoice, clearly stating every expense from the pre-approved budget to create transparency.
We also include all the location, image and art releases needed.
